Ingredients Sweet Potato Baked.

          4 sweet potatoes (about 500 g)
          1 tablespoon salted butter
          1/2 cup finely chopped shallots
          1 cup coarsely chopped spinach sprouts
          150 g sour cream

2 tablespoons cream cheese
          Nuts 1 cup chicks (soaked in water for 6-8 hours, then boiled before use)
          0.5 tsp coarse salt
          1/4 tsp ground black pepper

How to make Sweet Potato Baked.
